While I planned to do a post right at the end of day 7 I decided to hold off for a few days so I could give my eating habits the real world test. I wanted to see if I would go right back to my old habits. Usually right after a diet my meal choices swing in the opposite direction and I start indulging in all the sweets and unhealthy foods that I denied myself.
I'm talking Third pounder Angus mushroom & swiss, fries, and a coke unhealthy.
Looking back on the Dr Oz Swimsuit cleanse two weeks after the end, I had mixed feelings. Here's the summary.
Today I realized that I probably should not have started this cleanse during the week of Independence Day.
The burgers, fries, and fried chicken... Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
This is just the second day and I barely made it through lunch.

It was once featured on the Dr. Oz Show and I saved it to try later because while it's supposed to help you lose 5 pounds in 1 week, it didn't seem like it would starve me, just help me control my portions.
