Featured in this outfit is one of the blazers I ordered, the Apollo Suit Blazer from French Connection. I loved the unusual cut! It's also very flattering and feminine. You cant tell in these photos but the back is actually higher than the front and rests just above my bum. I have an affinity for asymmetrical styles but I usually go for longer in the back and shorter in the front.
This dress is a golden oldie from Avon. The Also one of my favorites and the color looked great with the blazer. Coincidentally the lining of my handbag was also pink but that was totally unplanned.
For my shoes I'm wearing the Bandolino Dearme Pump. This is the only pair from them that I have that I don't hate. I don't wear them often because they seem deceptively comfortable at first but they were definitely not made for walking! For some strange reason, a few years ago I got crazy and bought a couple different pairs of Bandolinos only to find that they weren't that comfortable or durable enough for my level of activity. This pair managed to weather what my family refers to as my hurricane movements (ie. a little sporadic & hurried. Plus when I'm moving everything in my wake gets destroyed.) but just barely.
