Our Live Events and Group Coaching Programs are designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for faith-focused Women in predominantly male fields. Parts of our core framework and teachings are Bible-based and Christ-centered. If you feel this focus would make it challenging or uncomfortable for you or if you cannot respect the beliefs and opinions of others in this community, these programs may not be for you.

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics — a broad category that includes disciplines like computer science, architecture, biotechnology, aerospace, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more. These fields are known for being high-impact, high-growth, and historically male-dominated. At the Baus Ladies Network, we support women in STEM — and in adjacent fields like design, leadership, and business — who are building purpose-driven careers while breaking down barriers.

It's never too late to start, but I will say this... "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is TODAY."

For membership-based programs, you'll have access for as long as your membership is active, including periodic updates.

For courses, you'll have lifetime* access to the course training and replays, but access to the community event replays varies.
