Behind the Scenes at Avon Insider Show: NYC Filming, Product Tips & A-List Magic

Today, I’m taking you behind the scenes with me for a segment of the Avon A-list Insider Show - Avon’s one-stop live stream training event for representatives across the U.S.!

If you don’t know, the Avon A-list is filmed at The Avon Company headquarters at One Liberty Plaza in Manhattan, New York City, bringing together Avon corporate leaders, top representatives, and trainers from across the country.

I had the honor of being invited to co-host a segment all about upcoming Avon product offers, where I shared tips, ideas, and insights with my fellow Avon representatives.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in the city, and it felt like a completely different place. NYC felt much quieter than usual, but it's always fun to visit Avon HQ. I got to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new Avon corporate partners, all working hard behind the scenes to make the live stream a success.

When watching online, you don’t get to see how much goes into planning and preparing each episode of the A-list Insider Show behind the scenes. From setting up product displays, different sets, lighting, and tech connections, plus coordinating with those joining the stream from other states, our Avon corporate team starts working hours before going live. 

To be honest, they start planning and rehearsing weeks in advance - with scripts, rehearsals, product training, and coordination across multiple teams - for just a few on-screen minutes.

It’s intense, fast-paced, and high-energy…but honestly, I kind of love it (especially when we finished taping, and I can finally take a deep breath!).

Being part of this incredible event reminded me why I love working with Avon as a NYC representative: the community, the innovation, the passion for helping women grow their businesses and share beauty with confidence.
