When I first joined Avon, I was so motivated by the stories of other leaders’ success. It opened my word up to possibilities that I would never have imagined for myself otherwise. When things got tough or whenever I faced a challenge, I drew comfort in knowing that others went through obstacles and overcame them. It motivated me to keep going no matter what.

Accelerated Success

Written by Donna Reid-Mitchell, this book is part success story part guide. It’s another Avon leader must have. I loved that Donna shared real examples of how she organized her schedule to build a massively successful business. The key points she shares are still a foundation of my business planning to this day
